1. The first step is to open Home - Mullen Elementary School - Google Chrome and click 2022-2023 Kindergarten Registration Information
2. Click Enroll in Kindergarten New to PWCS.
3. Click Online Registration Account & Records Access
4. Click More Options
5. Click Create a New Account
6. Answer the questions. If you are new to PWCS, your answers should be "No" for all three questions. Click appropriate answers
7. Click No
8. Click No
9. Click Continue
10. Read the Privacy Statement and then click "I Accept"
11. To create your account, Click and type your First Name

13. Click and type in your email address
14. Click and retype the same email address entered above

You will receive an email that will contain a link that will allow you to complete your account creation and begin the enrollment process.
18. After you activate your account and login again.

22. Click highlight
23. Type in your name as it appears in the upper right corner of the screen

Verify your home address. If it has changed, enter your new address in the search field. If not found, manually enter your address in the address fields.
26. Verify your address. If it has changed, click the box to indicate a change, and update your address.
When your address is correct, click Save And Continue
27. Verify or update your mailing address. When your mailing address is correct, click Save And Continue
28. Parent/Guardian tab.
This tab is for all parents and guardians who are associated with one or more student(s). Only parents and guardians with legal rights to access the student's electronic records are to be included on this tab.
29. Enter the contact number for the parent/guardian. All parent/guardians must have at least one phone number listed.
30. Enter the email address for the parent/guardian. An email address is required for enrolling parent.
31. Click Save and Continue
32. Click any yellow "In Progress" buttons to verify information.
You may also add additional Parent/Guardians. Enter their first and last name and their gender.
33. Verify the address for the parent/guardian listed and when correct, click Save And Continue
34. Add and/or review contact phone numbers and email address and then click Save And Continue
35. When all status buttons are green and say complete, click Save And Continue
36. Emergency tab. Please add any emergency contacts as deemed necessary. It is encouraged to list at least two emergency contacts, other than parent/guardian such as babysitter, stepparents, etc.
37. Click Add New Emergency Contact
38. Type in the First Name of the emergency contact.
39. Type in tbe Last Name of the emergency contact
40. Type in the address of the emergency contact (optional)
41. Type in the city
42. Type in the state
43. Type in the zip code
44. Click Language to select the language spoken by your emergency contact
45. Select the desired language. I selected English for example
46. Click Save And Continue
47. Contact Information - enter at least one contact number for the emergency contact.
48. Type the phone number in the correct field. If their email address is known, enter it also.
49. Type their email address, if known.
50. When complete, click Save And Continue
51. Repeat to add more emergency contacts. When all emergency contacts have been entered, click Save And Continue
52. Students tab.
This screen displays a list of all students that are currently enrolled or were previously enrolled within the district. These students are read-only and are excluded from the registration process.
53. Click the Add New Student button to add the student(s) to be registered.
54. Type the student's First Name
55. Type in the Full Middle Name

57. Click and select Gender
58. Enter Birth Date
59. Click Entering Grade
60. Click KG for kindergarten
61. Click Primary Address to select the primary address that the student lives at.

66. Additional Information.
Enter the remaining student information as per their legal birth certificate. Optionally, you may indicate if there is custody documentation that needs to be noted for your student.
67. Type the student's birth certificate number as it appears on their legal birth certificate.
68. Click the dropdown box beside the student's birth country to select the country where the student was born. This is a mandatory step.
69. Click the appropriate country. I have selected United States for example.
70. Click the dropdown box beside the student's birth state, if applicable, to select the state where the student was born. This is a mandatory step.
This is relevant when the United States is the student's birth country.
71. Click the appropriate state. I have selected VA: Virginia for example.
72. Type the Student's birthplace
73. Click Custody Status to indicate what type of custody you have
74. Click the appropriate custody status. I have selected Joint Legal Custody, for example.

76. Demographics
This contact information should be specific to the student. Enter the student's home and/or cell number (for students 13 years or older), as well as a preferred name and/or personal email. If student has no phone, check box.
77. Since student is a kindergartener, they probably will not have a phone. Click Student has no phone numbers
78. Type Student's Preferred Name/Nickname, if applicable

Answer all questions about your child's language first acquired, home language, and verbal/written correspondence languages. Your child may be referred for additional English Learner assessments for placement or services.

107. Health Insurance
Complete the tuberculosis screening question and enter the student's physician, dentist, and health insurance information.

If your student resided in a foreign country for five consecutive months within the past five years, you must present evidence. Your child can't attend school without written documentation.
109. Select Yes or No.
110. Complete Physical Name and Phone Number
Complete Health Insurance Information.
111. Indicate whether or not your child has health insurance and enter Insurance Company Name and phone number.

113. Health Conditions
Indicate if the student has any Health Conditions. If the specific condition is not listed below, select Other Conditions, and specify the condition in the Comments field.

114. Medications
Indicate if the student takes any medications. Any medications listed will not be administered to the student until proper documentation has been provided and verified by your school health staff.

115. Immunizations
Please enter the dates of your child's shots as provided in their shot record. Dose dates must be entered in chronological order. A copy of the immunization record will still be required and can be uploaded at the end.
116. Relationships
This shows all Parents/Guardians that were entered on the Parent/Guardian tab. Select the relationship that each Parent/Guardian has with the student. If the Parent/Guardian is not associated with the student, check No Relationship.
117. Click the relationship dropdown next to the parent/guardian.
118. Select the appropriate relationship for each parent/guardian.

122. Emergency Contact Relationships
Indicate the relationship each emergency contact has with the student. Later, you will be asked to indicate your call order preference for all contacts.

Select the options that best describe the preschool services and number of hours per week the student attended preschool during the year prior to kindergarten.

156. Please upload all required documents here before the registration is submitted.

Choose Follow-Up Required if you will email or bring the document to the school registrar.
